Twenty MBA students will participate in this year's Brazilian Field Seminar from Sunday, May 25 through Thursday, June 5th. A mix of first-year, second-year, and part-time students, including a student from the Tyngsboro Campus will visit Campinas, Sao Paulo, Fortaleza, and Rio de Janeiro to better understand the changing role of business in society. Specifically, students will examine the business model(s) of social enterprise and corporate social responsibility that are meeting the needs of emerging markets while also addressing societal challenges such as access to health and education and maintaining a sustainable environment.
